Have you set your 2021 goals? A vision board is a visual representation of your goals, meaning it uses images and text to symbolize a goal (or goals) that you have. Studies suggest that putting your goals on paper actually helps you achieve them. Visualizing them through images and words can increase motivation, confidence, accountability, and even motor performance. So join us for this fun arts and craft project with a purpose.
